As an experienced consultant, Bob Dickinson has managed a myriad of projects encompassing design and implementation in a variety of sectors and has a thorough understanding of the office interior, design and projects industry and a commitment to quality and best practice project management.
He is a very visible presence on site during projects and carries out all the necessary assessments and checks providing complete peace of mind for clients. Additionally, his considerable experience of building controls means IRS can offer full plan submission with the minimum of fuss.
Outside work, you’ll find Bob on the rugby field developing up and coming talent as Director of Rugby for Surrey Rugby.
Rebecca Dickinson has extensive administration and management experience and runs the non-project aspects for IRS. As the lead for various elements needed to run a successful company, Rebecca oversees the specialist teams that ensure that the business runs smoothly, as well as taking an active role in business development.
Prior to joining IRS in 1997, Rebecca worked extensively in the City, specialising in administration management and advanced desktop design & text processing.
Paul has spent his whole career working in the property and construction industry. He predominantly worked in the corporate commercial property world, where he assembled and managed teams to deliver large scale land property transactions including joint ventures. He also dealt with landlord and tenant issues, property contracts, planning applications, public relations, etc.
His experience is paramount in understanding our clients’ requirements and he is, therefore, the liaison between IRS and our clients.
Paul Is also experienced in business development, being a keen networker and a committee member of Croydon Constructing Excellence Club.
Paul enjoys watching all sports, playing golf and travelling.
