New government legislation requires an EPC certificate to be provided for all buildings.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is intented to inform potential buyers or tenants about the energy performance of a building. The certificate will provide an energy rating based on the performance potential of the building itself (the fabric) and its' services (heating, ventilation, lighting etc.).
