IRS were awarded the contract to refurbish a new geographical central head office for a national waste management company, including the relocation of personnel from the various existing main administrative centres to the new premises.
 
The project involved fitting out a blank shell with contemporary floor to ceiling glass partitions, structured power, voice and data cabling, flooring, lighting and decoration.
A variety of office furniture from British manufacturers was sourced to match existing items already within the organisation.
 
Over a phased timetable during the Christmas period and weekends, staff and equipment were relocated, keeping disruption to the business to a minimum.
